I take payment for services at the time of the visit and send hippa documentation for you to sign when you request an appointment in the schedule an appointment box on the website. You will be reconnected to my secure scheduling portal. fees and other information will be sent in your documentation when you request an appointment. Telehealth is not covered by insurance. Telehealth is a self pay service.
